Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California residents have the right, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information. This page answers that question directly and explains how to exercise your other privacy rights.

1. What We Collect and Why

• Identifiers and business contact details — name, business email, telephone number, company, job title. Collected directly from you when you contact us. Used to respond to enquiries and deliver services.
• Commercial information — records of services discussed or provided. Used to manage the relationship and for accounting.
• Internet or network activity — standard server logs from our hosting provider. Used for security and reliability.
• Professional information — the business context you share about a process you want automated.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose requiring a limitation right.

2. Who We Disclose It To

We disclose personal information only to service providers and subprocessors acting on our instructions for business purposes — hosting, email, accounting, project management and model providers — as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA. These parties are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

3. Your California Rights

• Right to know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
• Right to delete — deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to statutory exceptions such as completing a transaction, legal compliance and security.
• Right to correct — correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — as stated above, we do not sell or share.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted without limitation.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
• Right to data portability — to receive your information in a readily usable format where technically feasible.

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will ask for written permission signed by you and may contact you directly to confirm it.

5. How We Verify and Respond

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, extendable once by a further 45 days with notice to you. For requests to know or delete, we verify your identity by matching the details you provide against our records and, where necessary, asking you to confirm control of the email address or telephone number we hold. Verification is proportionate — we will not ask for more information than we need. There is no fee for a reasonable request.

6. If You Are Not Satisfied

Tell us first — we would rather fix the problem. If you remain dissatisfied, you may complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General. Individuals in the EEA, UK or Switzerland may complain to their local supervisory authority.
