They are not a proposal, a quotation, a statement of work, or a professional recommendation for your specific situation. Only a signed statement of work creates obligations between us.

2. No Professional Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical or regulated professional advice. Our services are engineering services. Where a project touches a regulated decision, the client remains responsible for obtaining the advice and approvals its own regulatory position requires, and for the compliance of the process being automated.

3. AI Outputs Are Probabilistic

• Models can produce incorrect, incomplete or misleading output. This is a property of the technology, not a defect we can eliminate.
• Accuracy depends on the data supplied, the task definition and the threshold configured. A figure measured on one dataset does not transfer to another.
• Outputs must be reviewed in line with the human-in-the-loop design agreed for the project. Where a client chooses to operate below the recommended review level, that decision and its consequences are the client's.
• We document known limitations, failure modes and the scope in which a system was evaluated. Use outside that scope is not covered by any statement we make about quality.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific savings, headcount reductions, revenue effects, accuracy levels, latency or cost per transaction unless a specific target is expressly agreed in writing in a statement of work. Operational metrics depend on factors outside our control, including data quality, system availability, process adherence and the client's own review capacity.

5. Illustrative Content

Engagement examples on this site are anonymised and explicitly labelled as illustrative. They describe typical problems and approaches; they are not client case studies, and no figure on this site should be read as a verified result. Our Engagements page explains why.

6. Third-Party Models, Software and Links

Our services integrate third-party models and software. Their availability, behaviour, pricing and terms are controlled by their providers and may change. Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience; we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, accuracy, security or privacy practices.

7. Forward-Looking Statements

Statements about roadmaps, expected timelines or future capabilities are forward-looking and may change. They are not commitments unless incorporated into a signed statement of work.

8. Limitation of Liability
